A gentle, hands-on practice for all ages and stages of health.
It supports the body during stress, fatigue, chronic conditions, critical illness, and daily life—working alongside medical care to restore balance and resilience.
Your Session
Sessions are about one hour. You remain fully clothed, resting comfortably on a cushioned table.
Each session begins with light hand placements to prepare the body. I then listen to your energy pulses at the wrists and, guided by this and your concerns, select specific flows to support your individual needs.
What You May Experience
Sessions often bring a deep sense of calm as the nervous system settles and tension releases.
This is not massage or manipulation—only gentle touch that allows energy to move naturally. Many people drift into a light sleep and awaken refreshed.
The Role of the Practitioner
I don’t impose change or direct outcomes.
I support the flow of energy so your body can return to its own natural balance.
Practical Details
Wear comfortable clothing.
A light meal 1 hour beforehand is recommended.
Session: $80 to $115
You’ll also receive simple self-help practices to support yourself between sessions. Regular sessions, combined with self-help, deepen and sustain results over time.
